Zurich based ‘On Running’ is one of the fastest-growing trainer brands globally. Founded in 2010, it has seen massive growth over the last 11 years. Being sold in over 6500 premium retail stores in more than 50 countries, it is fast becoming the go-to running brand, with over seven million runners around the world agreeing.
On Running’s Paris pop-up is based in Le Bon Marché, one of Paris’ most luxurious department stores. The pop-up was combined with a unique running event through Paris to develop the ‘On’ brand story and showcase their product in an exceptional environment.

We saw this project as something special, not only an opportunity to work with an inspiring global brand but also to work within a prestigious department store. With a short lead time up to the opening date, there was pressure to deliver from the outset. We worked with both ‘On’ and ‘Le Bon Marché’ to successfully implement this standout project within the given timeframe.
The pop-up development team had been challenged to produce a one-of-a-kind lightbox within the pop-up space. Using a combination of fire-rated foliage, frosted sheeting and optical light-sheet, we were able to translate a unique design into reality that reflected the client’s plans.
Installation in Le Bon Marché was split into two-parts enabling us to hit the start of ‘On Running’s’ new season. This allowed the pop-up to create revenue from day one while still meeting the high standards a brand such as ‘On’ deserves.
